new or extended gimp with b/w film types - where can I find it?

I downloaded another version of gimp a few months ago and at the same time downloaded a gimp extension. The extension had a lot of extra choices on what I could do to a photograph including black & white film types/filters/lomo/national geographic. But each time I went to use it when it was setting up on screen there were constant problems with the plug ins, which I kept having to click ok to. Because I've been having computer problems recently I uninstalled it and downloaded a new version of gimp (again!) then realised that all the extra choices, such as b/w film were only available from the extension. In short can anyone recommend a secure download that has all these editing options? Many thanks!
