Export only layers & layer groups named with filename extension

I'd like to export and grouped if needed the layers or layer groups name ending in image extension (.png, .jpg....) with one operation.

Some example how I'd like it to function.

I got bunch of layers let's say:
logo.png
|- some text
\- some image
headerSplash.png
|- text layer 1
|- text layer 2
\- fancy background image
menubar
main text content
background.jpg

Would give me:
logo.png
headerSplash.png
background.jpg
