How to install this plugin? I download your follow-path 4 zip file, and put everything under the plug-in folder under .gimp, where my user files are. But I cannot find the selection from the menu.

You need to install the gimpfu2.py file in the Gimp-2/lib/gimp/2.0/python folder.
The dialog can be opened by right clicking any path and selecting Tools>Follow Path.
