GIMP / BIMP problems

I’ve been using GIMP and BIMP for over a year now and I love them! Very recently, the whole program stopped working. After much frustration, I decided to uninstall and delete everything, then re-download and install everything again. Now, when I try to install BIMP, I get a message reading, “The program can’t start because libgimp-2.0-0.dll is missing.” I’ve looked and it seems to be there. How do I fix this?

Also, now when I try to start GIMP, I get a message that says, “The procedure entry point_gp_params_destroy could not be located in the dynamic link library libgimpbase-2.0-.dll.” What does that mean and how do I fix it?

I’d really love to start using these programs again. Thanks for the help.
