A median filter. Interesting, but no source, no binaries uploaded, a link to a site written in Indonesian, a language everybody does not master fluently;)
At last, I dared to click on "unduh disini", which seems to mean "download". If you don't mind, this is a direct link to median.py:

Not much different of the one available in G'mic (Repair/Smooth [median]) which has a slider and the choice of the channel.
But the filter is efficient and within easy reach whilst the one in G'mic is buried in sub-menus.
