Awesome job

I installed it properly, I click "save for web" but a very subtle message appears at the bottom that says "The image is too large for Save for Web". What is wrong here? I'm editing files in .CR2 format (Cannon's RAW format) which are pretty big but isn't that the point of this plug in; To take the large file and compress it into a smaller size for use on the web?

Its recommended to scale the pixel-size of your image before (image > scale image)

the plug-in itself just compresses the images and it does a pretty good job! :)

Hi
I love this plug-in, it is so useful. For anybody who looks for it, it is located under the «Save» part of the first menue (in German «Daten»).
Kubuntu 12.04, 64bits, Gimp 2.8.2 via ppa.otto-kesselgulasch

New project at http://sourceforge.net/projects/gimpextensions/
A Windows installer with a collection of scripts and plug-ins for GIMP.

this plug in doesn't work. I've installed it in my plug-ins directory under windows 7 using gimp 2.8 and nothing shows up on the file menu anywhere. Not for an individual image file menu or the main one.

plugin works just fine in GIMP 2.8.x under Win 7. If you could not get it to work there is something you didn't do right. Unzip webexport executable file in C:/Users/Username/.gimp2.8/plugins folder and open GIMP. Plugin's menu path is File>Save for web...

Since The Gimp 2.8 is now native for Mac OS X, "Save for web" pluggin still work ? How can we install it ?

Does the plugin work in the new GIMP 2.8 (windows version) at all?

I've had no trouble with the plugin since updating to 2.8.
