- That our programs and services to people with disabilities and others are integrated, allowing all an equal opportunity to participate in and benefit from the Festival

To purchase your TD Toronto Jazz Festival tickets for the Toronto Star - Mainstage Series, Massey Hall, The Horseshoe, Old Mill Inn Dining Room and Home Smith Bar, Jazz Bistro and The Great Hall please call TicketMaster 1-855-985-5000. Ticketmaster is committed to providing fully accessible telephone services and offer relay service or communication by email, if telephone communication is not suitable for your needs, or is not available.

There are nine spaces available for wheelchairs. The venue is accessible for strollers and wheelchairs. Elevators provide convenient access to all areas of the building, and barrier-free washrooms are located in all public areas.
Enwave Theatre at Harbourfront Centre call 416-977-4000
Wheelchair accessible seating locations, hearing assist devices and any other special arrangements must be booked over the phone or in person.
Venues
Every reasonable effort is made to ensure that venues are fully accessible to people with disabilities. As this is not always possible, TDJ will make information about venue accessibility explicit in our communication materials. You can find additional information about each venue and its accessibility on each Festival venue page.
Toronto Star Stage at Nathan Phillips Square Seating
Accessible seating is available in a convenient location with good stage sightlines at the Festival hub at Nathan Phillips Square. The designated area is for persons who are using wheelchairs and mobility scooters. The accessible seating area is available on a first come, first served basis. It is recommended that people arrive early for concerts and performances, as space within the accessible seating area is limited.
Wheelchair and mobility scooter accessible washrooms are available in City Hall.
Service Animals
The accompaniment of service animals in areas/premises that are open to the public is recognized unless otherwise prohibited by law. In the event that a service animal is excluded from the premises by law, TDJ will explain the reason to the individual and endeavour to make other provisions available. TDJ will defer to and follow any venue specific policies/procedures.
If it is not readily apparent that the animal is a service animal, staff may request proof of verification such as a letter from a physician/nurse confirming that the service animal is required because of a disability or an identification card from the Ministry of the Attorney General.
TDJ anticipates that there will be special situations and is prepared to make every effort to accommodate the circumstances on an individual basis, as they may arise, keeping safety to the visitors, service animals and the performance in mind. At times, due to capacity situations in public areas, visitors with disabilities accompanied by service animals may be advised that the crowded conditions may make it difficult to manoeuvre.
The owner is responsible for the conduct of the service animal and for looking after the service animal’s needs, including the clean-up and disposal of feces. If the service animal is causing a disturbance to other visitors, the visitor and accompanying service animal may be required to leave the area.
Support Person:
A support person is an individual hired or chosen by a person with a disability to provide services or assistance with communication, mobility, personal care, medical needs or with access to goods/services. A person with a disability, who is accompanied by a support person(s) is welcome to have that person accompany them at TD Toronto Jazz Festival events. Support Persons do require a ticket for Festival performances unless otherwise stated. Some of the venues that we use may offer special pricing for an accompanying support person. Please contact the venue for more information on their policy or for further information (See "Purchasing Tickets" above).

Accessible Transportation
Dignity Transportation is Ontario’s largest transportation provider for those with special needs. Tourists with disabilities may also use the Wheel-Trans service for a two week period each year. Tourists must be registered with the specialized transit where they live (ie. wheelchair and scooter users). Call Wheel-Trans reservations at 416-393-4222 to set up your temporary service anytime after 12:00 PM.
