NYC Stabber Claims Innocence

"A picture of an X, what Rackover said he didn't do"

A suspect in the murder of Joseph Comunale continually insists his innocence.

James Rackover, who has had multiple pieces of evidence held against says that he has never seen Joseph before. Rackover's alibi was that he stayed home that day, watching a wrestling match. His friends came over to party, and he went to sleep after they left.

However, the cops tell of a different happening. Cops claim that Rackover met Comunale in a club and killed him in his apartment, then dragged the body in his car to a secluded forest. Various pieces of evidence include blood stains and a garbage can. Despite this, Rackover still denies involvement.

He did have previous criminal involvement, but he sounds sincere. If it is, we have a killer. If it isn't, his whole life could be destroyed because of a false accusation.

I'm leaning toward the criminal section, though.
