A "social worker," 24-year-old Elain Brown and her boss, 47-year-old Kelly Williams were charged with child abuse today for their neglect on a 3-year-old, Aaron Minor.
It wasn't voluntary, though.
Brown and Williams ignored Minor's mom's mental illness and put him the face of danger.
The death is still inconclusive.
You really should be more careful when the life of another is in your hands.
