1999 Miss National UNCF Tracy Lynn Samuel is our 1999 Miss National UNCF. Ms. Samuel is a junior at Wiley College majoring in Biology, with a minor in Zoology. She is a native of Beaumont, TX and graduated from Central Senior High School. Tracy is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and the Pre-Alumni Council.

Her plans after graduating from Wiley are to attend graduate school and gain a master’s degree in marine biology and pursue a career as a marine biologist. Tracy’s motto is "If you ever want to succeed in life, you have to change the impossible to the possible".
