hi
(gimp 2.6.10 Windows 7)
how does it work ?
Erro message : error : not enough arguments

. . . and to enhance the contrast have anything?

usually increase local contrast enhance the sensation of contrast revealing details in shadow and highlight true that also decrease the global contrast but till in the imagine remain some full black and full white zone eyes may not perceive a lower global contrast anyway to enhance contrast you may also use level or curve both are in the COLORS menu
