The Tertiary Education Linkages Project (TELP), a five-year initiative that is funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is designed to strengthen 15 Historically Disadvantaged Institutions (HDIs) scattered throughout the Republic of South Africa in five focus areas: 1) curriculum development, 2) student academic development, 3) staff development, 4) management and administrative development, and 5) research.

ANTICIPATED OUTCOMES

A total of seven key results or outcomes have been identified by USAID as measures of success in achieving the project’s objectives.
