When you first install OpenDJ directory server and import your data from LDIF, the following indexes are configured.

When you create a JE backend using the dsconfig
command, OpenDJ creates the aci presence,
ds-sync-conflict equality,
ds-sync-hist ordering,
entryUUID equality, and
objectClass equality indexes automatically.
