• Fiscal And Strategic Technical Assistance Program (FASTAP) - FASTAP provides UNCF member colleges and universities with pro-active fiscal management and planning assistance by developing and recommending methods of improving the management of financial resources, business processes, and short and long range fiscal planning at UNCF colleges. This service is part of the College Fund's mission as a complete higher education assistance organization and helps to ensure that the funds UNCF distributes are used effectively by the UNCF family of colleges and universities.
