Compute the native-to-head transformation for a montage.
This uses the fiducials in the native space to transform to compute the transform to the head coordinate frame.
- Parameters:

The montage.
- on_missing‘raise’ | ‘warn’ | ‘ignore’
Can be
'raise'
(default) to raise an error,'warn'
to emit a warning, or'ignore'
to ignore when some necessary fiducial points are missing.New in v1.2.

Control verbosity of the logging output. If
None
, use the default verbosity level. See the logging documentation andmne.verbose()
for details. Should only be passed as a keyword argument.
