- mne.spatio_temporal_tris_adjacency(tris, n_times, remap_vertices=False, verbose=None)[source]#
Compute adjacency from triangles and time instants.
- Parameters:
- tris
array
N x 3 array defining triangles.
- n_times
int
Number of time points.
- remap_verticesbool
Reassign vertex indices based on unique values. Useful to process a subset of triangles. Defaults to False.
- verbosebool |

|None
Control verbosity of the logging output. If
None
, use the default verbosity level. See the logging documentation andmne.verbose()
for details. Should only be passed as a keyword argument.

- Returns:
- adjacency
coo_array
The adjacency matrix describing the spatio-temporal graph structure. If N is the number of vertices in the source space, the N first nodes in the graph are the vertices are time 1, the nodes from 2 to 2N are the vertices during time 2, etc.
